Ogurt is a music producer from Riverside, CA. The path there wasn’t planned — it was one of those moments where you see something happen in front of you and your whole direction shifts. He was watching a friend’s older brother make beats, and that was it. Right there, it clicked. He knew what he wanted to do.
He’d always been around music growing up, and in high school he’d rap with friends just for fun. But production was different. There was something about building a track from nothing — the layers, the textures, the moment everything locks in — that matched the way his mind worked. After graduating in 2019, he went all in.
His role in TAKA is to create and have fun. Making beats, playing piano, shaping the sound, handling arrangements. He shows up fully and trusts the process. “Be the best version of myself always, and God will handle the rest.”
Outside the studio, you’ll find him skateboarding, catching Dodger games, and spending time with family and friends. Life’s pretty good when the music’s right.
